The Inner Resources Center (IRC) has maintained a close relationship with local communities across Northern California. The IRC aims to create social impact through cultivating mindfulness and providing evidence-based approaches to reduce stress and manage the hardships in life. This is achieved through offering structured 8-week-long IR4S group training, facilitating drop-in mindfulness meditation groups for communities in need, providing consultation to the school system and higher education institutions, industry, and other agencies, and implementing training for IR4S group facilitators.



Additionally, the IRC has collaborated with humanitarian organizations to bring the practice and training to communities in need around the globe, including training healthcare providers in disaster areas and offering live and recorded web-based training accessible from anywhere in the world.
